When I just think about nothing, and breathe, the chatter of my mind starts to slow down. I begin to really feel. And from feeling, a sense knowing. Clarity. My soul has a chance to speak up and say, hey Joelyne, this is what I want. Day by day, taking the time to think about nothing, taking the time to write my thoughts, and taking the time to question what I want, gives me clarity. I love that word.
